“Staff was polite and hotel was clean including the room. Ac had the room nice and cool. Only dislike was room I was in had a running toilet that you could hear all night and then the pull-up knob in the shower was broken and you had to push the faucet from the bottom up to make the Shower head work.”

“I loved the property and location. It's very close to Walmart,..and other stores so it's convenient in case you need something quick. Tourist attractions like Prison museum is also at 5-10 min drive from the hotel. Staff was also good. They catered to our complaints immediately. Rooms were clean and they have provided a tv, mini refrigerator, microwave,iron with iron board and a small coffee maker. Breakfast was good. The prob areas: The pool is open and very small. Ok for kids.if it's occupied...

“I booked this stay on Father's Day weekend. My husband enjoyed himself from the time we unloaded the car. He was sitting by the lake with pole in the water within less than an hour of our arrival. The check in was nice and smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's also a little convenient store on property. “While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!”
